Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Consultant – Oracle HCM who will play a critical role in driving client engagements and delivering high-quality Oracle Cloud HCM implementations, particularly within the Technology, Media, and Telecom sectors.
Requirements
- 5–9 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.
- Strong expertise in Core HR, OTL, Fast Formula, and at least one of Payroll or Absence modules.
- Experience conducting client workshops and solution configuration.
- Proficiency in Oracle Cloud data migration.
- Experience in setup migration from non-Production to Production environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in managing client-facing roles and leading consulting engagements.
