Technical Lead – MERN Stack

We are seeking a Technical Lead – MERN Stack with 8-10 years of experience to oversee the development, maintenance, and optimization of software applications using the MERN stack.

Requirements

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of large-scale software applications using the MERN stack.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Provide technical guidance and mentor team members on best practices.
• Create and own High-Level Design and Low-Level Design documentation for software applications.
• Perform code reviews, maintain code quality standards, and provide constructive feedback.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and identify solutions.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables effectively.
• Stay updated with new technologies and pursue certification as required by projects.
• Explore and implement AI, ML, and Data Science solutions, as applicable.
