Assistant Store Manager

The Assistant Store Manager helps plan, organize and manage all areas in a retail location. Develops and maintains good working relationships with faculty and staff, recruits and trains staff, and performs daily cash register operations and customer service.

Requirements

• Three (3) to five (5) years' experience in a college bookstore or retail operation
• Two (2) years of supervisory capacity
• Excellent team building skills
• Demonstrated administrative skills
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent use of Microsoft Office Software
