Maintenance Technician

BIC is looking for a Maintenance Technician to join their team in Redon, FR. The ideal candidate will have experience in machine maintenance and be able to regulate malfunctions, assist operators, and enforce safety regulations.

Requirements

• Regulating machine malfunctions
• Limiting downtime between each production change
• Assisting operators on various machines to reduce downtime
• Following fabrication processes
• Verifying the stock of parts and alerting if necessary for restocking
• Filling machine logbooks to track equipment history
• Participating in Level 1 and 2 maintenance and resolving recurring problems
• Knowing how to change molds, tooling, and version changes on the machine and workshop
• Respecting and enforcing safety regulations
• Solving micro-failures to achieve objectives
• Detecting risks and anomalies and proposing improvements
