Job Description
Prepares patients for radiologic procedures, operates radiologic equipment, and performs related administrative duties. Coordinates schedule and clinic assignments of RT staff, updates and maintains Radiology procedure manuals and protocols.
Requirements
- Graduate of the School of Radiologic Technology
- Three or more years’ experience as an RT to include at least one year in a leadership role
- Current licensure as a Medical Radiation Technologist in the state of Mississippi
- ARRT certification and registration highly preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with employees
- Customer-focus and ability to work independently within interpretive guidelines
