RCM Specialist responsible for working and posting claims, appeals, and credits, while providing exceptional customer service and data entry skills.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 3 - 5 years Healthcare RCM experience related to the described duties
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures, health insurance industry practices, and medical billing procedures
- Exceptional customer service, interpersonal skills, and communication skills
- Proficiency of electronic records systems preferred
