Job Description
Bierman Autism Centers is looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a BCBA certification, strong clinical experience, and excellent communication skills. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for accelerating client success through direct oversight and care of client programming. You will work with a caseload of 6-8 clients, conduct parent training/caregiver collaboration, and ensure client programming is ethical and individualized.
Requirements
- BCBA or BCBA-D Certification
- Licensure in states of practice (where applicable)
- Strong organization, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Clinical experience in early intervention, precision teaching, and behavior reduction preferred
