Job Description
Bierman Autism Centers is seeking a contract or permanent Diagnostician to conduct diagnostic evaluations for children with autism in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. The role involves assessment, report writing, parent support, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide early intensive behavioral intervention. Bierman Autism Centers specializes in naturalistic play-based therapy and focuses on accelerating progress and transforming lives.
Requirements
- PhD or PsyD in Psychology
- Licensed Psychologist in MA and/or RI (US)
- HSPP endorsed
- BCBA-D preferred with current certification
- At least 1 year of experience diagnosing ASD
- Proficiency in ADOS-2, CARS, GARS-2
- Excellent report writing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Efficient organizational, time management and prioritization skills
- Interest in research
- Ability to travel (primarily in assigned region)
- Basic and Physical requirements: ability to lift, carry and restrain children
