Job Description
Growth Lead to help define how Bifrost shows up in the world, define brand, storytelling, and scale attention, and own the end-to-end lifecycle of growth initiatives and experiments.
Requirements
- 0–3 years in growth, marketing, content, or similar
- Keen to leverage the latest AI tools to automate your workflows
- Strong creative instincts and sense of what captures attention
- Comfortable on camera and producing video end-to-end
- Organized but fast-moving and flexible
- Deeply online/X/Twitter and excited to experiment with social channels
- Comfortable with ambiguity and figuring things out
