Outside Sales Representative - Chicago & Milwaukee

Big Ass Fans is a company that makes high-volume, low-speed fans to provide comfort in the workplace. They are seeking an Outside Sales Representative to work with current and prospective customers to provide solutions tailored to their needs. The role requires extensive travel and excellent communication skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent training and experience
• Proven outside sales experience (industrial sales is a bonus)
• Proven ability to build and manage relationships, internally and externally
• Bilingual (Spanish) is highly preferred
• Experience using a CRM (Salesforce preferred)
• Experience using CAD is a plus but not required
• Effective and efficient time management is a must
• Demonstrate a strong follow-through and ability to self-manage multiple projects at once
