Server

Server responsibilities include providing exceptional hospitality, maintaining menu knowledge, preparing beverages and food, and adhering to safety and sanitation standards. Qualifications include ability to work under pressure, lifting up to 30 lbs, and good mobility of fingers, hands, wrists and elbows.

Requirements

• Able to remain on your feet for long periods of time;
• Bending, reaching and climbing stairs;
• Ability to work under pressure;
• Sufficient strength and agility to lift and carry up to 30 lbs.;
• The ability to read and write English and follow recipes accurately;
• Good mobility of fingers, hands, wrists and elbows including holding a loaded tray with one hand and carrying jack-stand with the other hand;
• Good hearing, visual and English speaking skills;
• Able to work with a wide variety of foods and ingredients;
• Good memory, math and organizational skills;
• A helpful, friendly personality;
• Good communication skills;
• The ability to work well with others and provide quality service to guests
