Job Description
The main responsibility of a Big Boy Server is to extend exceptional hospitality by providing prompt, courteous service to each of our guests.
Requirements
- Able to remain on your feet for long periods of time;
- Bending, reaching and climbing stairs;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Sufficient strength and agility to lift and carry up to 30 lbs;
- The ability to read and write English and follow recipes accurately;
- Good mobility of fingers, hands, wrists and elbows including holding a loaded tray with one hand and carrying jack-stand with the other hand;
- Good hearing, visual and English speaking skills;
- Able to work with a wide variety of foods and ingredients;
- Good memory, math and organizational skills
