Service Assistant

Big Boy is seeking a Service Assistant to maintain dining room cleanliness and sanitation, and to provide quality service to guests. The Service Assistant will work in a fast-paced environment and must be able to work under pressure, lift up to 50 lbs, and maintain a professional appearance.

Requirements

• Maintains dining room cleanliness and sanitation
• Ensures service staff and chefs have clean dishes, glassware and silverware
• Maintains a safe and sanitary environment for food storage, preparation and handling
• Maintains safety and sanitation standards in the restaurant and keeps the dish room area clean and organized
• Maintains exterior cleanliness including parking lots, sidewalks, planters and other location specific areas
