Sales Trainee (m/w/d)

Join Big Dutchman as a Sales Trainee (m/f/d) and complete a 24-month trainee program. The role involves getting to know business processes in the sales area, close supervision by an experienced Area Sales Manager, and taking over own projects after completing the program. Responsibilities include acquiring new customers and acting as an interface between sales, existing customers, and customer service.

Requirements

• Fundamental technical/commercial/agricultural education and/or study
• Practical experience in the field of agriculture is advantageous
• High sales affinity in the technical sales area, ideally first sales experience
• High travel readiness as well as sound English skills in word and writing and optional knowledge of further foreign languages
• Communication strength, assertiveness, taking over responsibility, engagement, and enjoyment of dealing with other people and cultures
