Job Description
Cap N Cork is seeking a Sales Associate to be a resource to customers, providing industry knowledge and superior service in a welcoming store environment. The role focuses on both customer interaction and maintaining store cleanliness and inventory. They pride themselves on responsible consumption and have a welcoming culture.
Requirements
- Welcoming and helpful attitude towards guests and other team members
- Communicating effectively, using positive language, to internal staff & external visitors
- Basic math & money counting skills (Addition & Subtraction)
- Professional appearance and a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Process customer purchases, perform general cleaning duties, stocks shelves and merchandise displays neatly
- Comply with all established company policies and procedures
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
- Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and accurately
