Role Overview

The Commerce Payment integrations team is looking for a Software Engineer who wants to make an impact at every level of society by powering innovators, creative thinkers, entrepreneurs, and business owners around the world to be successful at every stage of their growth. The team builds payment gateway integrations that help merchants securely process payments and support scalable, high-performance, and flexible checkout experiences.

What You Will Do

Design, implement, and maintain features in a Ruby on Rails service for the payments offering on the BigCommerce platform, troubleshoot production issues, and contribute to post-incident reviews to improve reliability.
