Job Description
Bigelow Tea is seeking a Supply Chain Planning Manager to develop master production schedules, optimize inventory management, and lead the planning department. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience leading a supply chain planning team and strong proficiency with ERP systems and Excel.
Requirements
- Review sales forecast for finished goods and develop monthly production plans
- Lead daily activities of the planning department
- Engage in Sales and Operations Planning process
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, R&D, Purchasing, and Quality
- Manage Supply Chain Planning team
- Manage Supply Chain Data Analyst
- Execute corporate inventory policies
- Oversee material transfer between plants
- Recruit, train, and inspire team
- Establish annual performance goals
- Provide regular performance feedback
- Support company values and initiatives
