We are looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk who thrives on accuracy, organization, and follow-through to keep our financial operations on track. This role is critical to keeping our financial operations on track—making sure invoices are processed correctly, vendors are taken care of, and payments go out on time.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Experience or knowledge of accounts payable processes and financial systems
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to stay organized and prioritize effectively
• Solid communication skills—both written and verbal
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to dig into discrepancies
• High level of integrity and accountability
• Comfortable working with Microsoft Office and accounting systems
