BigID is seeking a Solutions/Presales Engineer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Big Data, AI, privacy, data governance, or information security and excellent interpersonal communication skills. The role involves working with the Sales team to provide technical expertise to customers and driving customer success.

- Excellent organization skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced startup environment
- Demonstrated ability to address customer needs and provide best practices
- Strong background in Big Data, AI, privacy, data governance, or information security
- Good troubleshooting abilities and a methodical approach
- Ability to describe complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Passion for demonstrating solutions and ability to provide technical input during the sales process
- Broad understanding of enterprise data architecture, privacy, and security technologies
- Ability to plan, execute and close out a Proof of Concept with minimal assistance and oversight
- Desire to share knowledge through excellent documentation creation and RFI/RFP responses
