Engineer, Finance & GTM Systems

BigPanda is seeking an organized, reliable, and proactive Engineer, Finance & GTM Systems to join our team. This is a hybrid systems role supporting both Finance and Sales/Revenue, responsible for managing and evolving our core enterprise systems to meet BigPanda’s fast-changing needs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business systems, finance systems, or RevOps roles.
• Must have 3+ years of NetSuite experience (solution architect or developer experience strongly preferred).
• Must have Salesforce administration experience, including workflow automation, process design, and system optimization.
• Experience managing and optimizing integrations (e.g., Celigo or similar iPaaS tools).
• Strong Business Analyst mindset—ability to partner closely with stakeholders across BigPanda, deeply understanding business needs, and translating them into scalable, well-architected system solutions.
