Job Description
Bilfinger Maintenance is seeking a Manager Operations E&I to lead the E&I department in Elsloo, responsible for daily management, contract execution, team development, and quality.
Requirements
- Completed HBO degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Technology, Technical Business Administration, or similar
- Strong affinity with E&I installations, industrial electrical engineering
- Experience in managing technical teams within an industrial environment
- Ability to set direction, connect, and engage people
- Communicative, decisive, and able to build sustainable relationships
- Experience with maintenance contracts, planning, and performance management
