Senior Lead Consultant Energy & Energy Transition

Bilfinger is an international industrial services provider that offers a range of engineering, design, and consultancy services to clients in various sectors. The company operates in 7 countries in Central Eastern Europe and has over 700 engineers.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in engineering consultancy, technical advisory, or project management.
• Degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in civil engineering, architecture, or Economical experience.
• Strong understanding of permitting and construction processes in industrial/infrastructure contexts.
• Experience in the CEE region is a plus.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office tools.
• Fluent English (C1 or upper B2).
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for client and site meetings.
• Nice to have: License as a Professional Engineer or equivalent qualification.
