Job Description
Bilfinger is seeking a Senior Manager to join its Group Internal Audit team. This role will focus on independent planning, execution of standard audits (Internal Control, Operational, Financial, Compliance), development of recommendations, and collaboration with various departments in different regions and countries. The position requires a strong understanding of international accounting standards and expertise in data analysis and process mining.
Requirements
- Commercial or business administration education
- Professional experience in an operational or auditing role with at least 4-5 years experience (Big 4 preferred)
- Sound knowledge of international accounting standards
- Experience with risk management and data analysis
- Fluency in German and English
- Flexibility to travel up to 40%
