Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Data Scientist to join our team. This role is a strategic and integral part of our company, supporting the core product platform and partnering with others on the team to unlock value through solutions modeling.
Requirements
- Model Development: Design, develop, and implement predictive models, machine learning algorithms, and statistical analyses to solve complex business problems and extract actionable insights.
- Data Analysis: Analyze high volume, complex transaction activity to assess patterns and trends for card declines and correlate with other customer outcomes.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Communicate findings, trade-offs, and limitations clearly with internal and external stakeholders (tech and non-tech) at various levels.
- Innovation: Stay updated with the latest developments in data science and machine learning, and apply them to improve existing processes and methodologies. Deploy AI tools that enhance customer insights and engagement, and contribute to improving data confidence and automation in analytics workflows.
- Opportunity Identification: Enrich our evolving data stack via contributing to data features/models via AWS Sagemaker/Databrick or other means.
