BILL is seeking a Senior Demand Generation Manager to lead full-funnel demand generation strategies, focusing on inbound and outbound channels, to hit acquisition goals for marketing and sales. The role involves building a strategy, executing against it, and leveraging data-driven approaches to generate top-of-funnel lead and MQL pipeline, opportunities for sales, and ultimately closed-won deals.
Requirements
- 8-10 years of work experience in a marketing or technology-related organization
- Strong B2B Marketing experience
- Excellent understanding of pipeline management and sales metrics
- Extensive experience working with B2B SDRs or direct sales teams
- Excellent project management and collaboration skills
- Strong experience conceptualizing, planning, and executing marketing campaigns to drive sales pipeline from start to finish
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects, build stakeholder alignment, and
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field, or equivalent experience required
