Job Description
We are looking for a Branch Operations Head to oversee the daily operations of our branch in Sta. Maria, Ilocos Sur. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in banking, risk management, and leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 5 years of banking experience, with 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
- Strong knowledge of banking operations, lending processes, and BSP regulatory compliance
- Proficient in risk management and financial analysis
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
