We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator to join our new Belfast engineering team. This role offers significant opportunity to grow into development work including Apex, integrations, and custom code.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional Salesforce administration experience in a business or fintech environment.
- Expert-level proficiency in Flow, Process Builder, validation rules, formula fields, and declarative automation.
- Strong understanding of security models including profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and field-level security.
- Experience designing custom objects and complex data models with various relationship types.
- Working knowledge of data management tools (Data Loader, import wizards) and handling large datasets.
- Salesforce Administrator certification required; Advanced Administrator preferred.
- Experience with integrations, APIs, and connecting Salesforce to third-party systems.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and documentation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
