Job Description
BillionToOne is seeking a motivated Lead Clinical Laboratory Scientist to join their growing Oncology product team in Menlo Park, CA. This on-site position involves daily laboratory supervision, team leadership, quality control, and contributing to process improvement. The role focuses on end-to-end cancer blood sample processing, with a focus on high-complexity clinical settings. It offers opportunities to work with cutting-edge technology and make a significant impact on patient care.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant science field
- Minimum of 4 years of clinical laboratory experience
- Current California Clinical Laboratory Scientist License (42 CFR, part 493)
- Hands-on experience with manual molecular biology protocols
- Advanced knowledge of Google Docs, Word, Excel, basic statistics and LIMS systems
- Strong attention to detail and flexibility
