Job Description
The Senior Manager of Events and Experiences will oversee and scale repeatable Rent Day experiences, collaborate across teams, and ensure seamless execution of events and experiences. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented leader who can manage complex logistics, work with vendors and partners, and scale experiences efficiently.
Requirements
- 4-6+ years of experience in brand operations, event management, or related fields
- Strong experience in vendor management, budgeting, and logistical planning
- Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional teams and delivering premium experiences
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple projects with tight deadlines
- Exceptional attention to detail and a creative eye for branded experiences
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams
