Requirements

• Planning of climate-neutral buildings using modern BIM technologies
• Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to develop tailored solutions for complex building requirements
• Monitoring and adjusting project data to ensure they reflect the current construction progress
• Identifying optimization potential to increase efficiency and sustainability in the construction process
• Promoting creative thinking and continuous improvement to implement progressive and environmentally friendly building technologies
• Completed studies at a HTL (Higher Technical School) with a focus on building technology, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a similar field
• Experience in the planning process with CAD software and digital planning tools
• Willingness to familiarize yourself with technical standards and modern BIM technologies
• Team skills and the ability to think creatively and solution-oriented
• Enthusiasm for innovative projects
