Affiliate Relationship Manager

Binance is seeking an experienced Affiliate Relationship Manager to manage and grow affiliate partnerships, drive cross-product conversion, and develop tailored growth strategies.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, partner relations, or growth marketing
• Proven success in managing affiliate or referral programs, ideally in fintech or crypto
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders across cultures and regions
• Demonstrated crisis and relationship management experience
• Data-driven mindset with ability to interpret metrics and identify growth opportunities
• Fluency in English is required, additional languages such as Spanish, Portuguese, Russian and Vietnamese would be an advantage
