Requirements

• Interest in crypto/blockchain (previous experience in Web3 or tech marketing is a plus); at least basic user of any crypto platforms
• Understanding of paid ads management (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) and willingness to learn deeper
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail
• Bilingual English/Latvian Russian is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders
