Job Description
Binance is looking for a Business Development Manager to grow spot trading volume market share through institutional and regional channels. The role involves acquiring and activating VIP-tier clients, building localised go-to-market strategies, and capturing client feedback on product proposals.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in financial services, crypto exchange, or trading BD
- Track record of growing trading volume or AUM at the account or segment level
- Working knowledge of exchange mechanics: VIP tier structures, maker/taker fee dynamics, liquidity behaviour, fee sensitivity
- Strong written communication skills
