Job Description
Binance is a leading global blockchain ecosystem behind the world’s largest cryptocurrency exchange. We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager/Tech Lead to lead an engineering team and bridge technical operations with regulatory stakeholders.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software product engineering experience
- 3+ years leading engineering teams
- Hands-on technical expertise in backend, infrastructure, or full-stack engineering
- Demonstrated experience working in regulated industries or with compliance frameworks
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to mentor, coach, and develop high-performing engineers
- Strong experience designing scalable systems, managing cloud infrastructure costs, and leading large-scale technical initiatives from concept to production
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Bilingual English/Korean
