Binance is a leading global blockchain ecosystem seeking an International Operations - P2P professional to oversee daily on/off ramp channel operations, ensure operational excellence, and provide actionable business insights to inform strategy and market expansion plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in crypto exchanges, fintech, banking, or payment platforms.
• Strong understanding of fiat payment channels and on/off-ramp mechanisms across multiple markets.
• Fluency in English is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders. Additional languages i.e. Vietnamese, Bahasa Indonesia, Tagalog would be an advantage.
