Job Description
Binance is seeking a seasoned compliance professional to join their team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive compliance programs, monitoring internal controls, and liaising with regulatory bodies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Law, Engineering, or a related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of experience in compliance, AML/CTF, or regulatory affairs
- Extensive knowledge of and experience in MENA regulations and compliance standards
- Exceptional communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Distinguished leadership capabilities and experience in managing cross-functional teams
