Binance is seeking an AI Agent Engineer to join its team as part of Tech Seeds 2026. The role involves designing and building AI agents, workflows, and internal AI systems to improve products and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field
• 0–3 years of software engineering, AI engineering, or relevant internship/project experience
• Strong programming fundamentals in Java or Python, TypeScript, or backend development is a plus
• Good software engineering judgment, including APIs, debugging, system design, and data handling
• Strong curiosity about LLMs, AI agents, tool use, retrieval, evaluation, and production AI systems
• Ability to learn new domains quickly and work effectively in ambiguous environments
• Ability to read, understand, and improve AI-generated code, or learn to do so very quickly
• Good communication skills and the ability to connect technical work to business value
