Director of Supply Chain

The Director of Supply Chain is a senior strategic leader responsible for designing, optimizing, and maturing BinSentry’s global supply chain ecosystem. The ideal candidate combines strategic foresight, global supply chain expertise, and hands-on leadership in a fast-paced, scaling hardware environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Industrial Engineering, or related field required
• MBA or Master’s degree strongly preferred
• 7+ years of progressive supply chain leadership experience
• Background in hardware, electronics manufacturing, IoT devices, or complex multi-component manufacturing
• Deep experience with contract manufacturing (domestic and international)
• Proven success designing and scaling end-to-end supply chain systems for high-growth companies
• Strong negotiating skills and experience with global sourcing, supplier management, and long-cycle procurement
• Demonstrated success with Lean, Six Sigma, or formal continuous improvement frameworks
• Experience implementing or optimizing ERP/MRP systems. Odoo experience is a plus
• Excellent communication and executive stakeholder management capabilities
