Technical Product Manager

BinSentry is seeking a Technical Product Manager to lead the development and optimization of our platform infrastructure and internal tooling ecosystem. We are looking for an individual with a strong focus on system design, data analysis, and operational excellence, who can adapt to diverse technical and business challenges and work within a high-growth, high-pace environment.

Requirements

• Collaborate with all departments to understand tooling requirements and ensure platform capabilities align with organizational objectives
• Conduct stakeholder interviews with internal teams and partner with engineering leadership to translate operational needs into platform features and tooling solutions
• Manage the internal tools roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on business impact, technical debt reduction, operational efficiency, and team productivity
• Work closely with engineering and operations teams to deliver scalable platform solutions and productivity-enhancing internal tools
• Analyze platform performance metrics and internal tool usage data to evaluate effectiveness, identify optimization opportunities, and inform infrastructure and tooling investments
