Job Title: Project Engineer - Hygienics, Temporary 6-month assignment, responsible for key aspects of the project, related to setup, planning, progress and documentation for validated systems.
Requirements
- Assist Project Manager
- Create and update equipment/material logs
- Review construction documents, product literature and equipment cuts
- Review and generate equipment and material submittals
- Assist with obtaining material quotes from vendors
- Follow up with field team on completed activities and update logs
- Scan and organize hygienic turnover paperwork
- Assist with compiling and organizing final turnover documentation
- Attend progress and construction meetings
- Keep track of inventory status changes
- General assistance to hygienic department/project managers
- Review revised contract documents and work with Project Manager to assist in cost proposals
- Review contract documents and extract pertinent information related to constructability
- Review contract requirements and complete essential project set-up reports and submittals
- Create and distribute Requests for Information (RFIs) required to proceed with the construction and design activities
- Review and generate engineer submittals for review by design team and owner
- Track status of RFIs, submittals and material releases
