Project Engineer - Hygienics

Job Title: Project Engineer - Hygienics, Temporary 6-month assignment, responsible for key aspects of the project, related to setup, planning, progress and documentation for validated systems.

Requirements

• Assist Project Manager
• Create and update equipment/material logs
• Review construction documents, product literature and equipment cuts
• Review and generate equipment and material submittals
• Assist with obtaining material quotes from vendors
• Follow up with field team on completed activities and update logs
• Scan and organize hygienic turnover paperwork
• Assist with compiling and organizing final turnover documentation
• Attend progress and construction meetings
• Keep track of inventory status changes
• General assistance to hygienic department/project managers
• Review revised contract documents and work with Project Manager to assist in cost proposals
• Review contract documents and extract pertinent information related to constructability
• Review contract requirements and complete essential project set-up reports and submittals
• Create and distribute Requests for Information (RFIs) required to proceed with the construction and design activities
• Review and generate engineer submittals for review by design team and owner
• Track status of RFIs, submittals and material releases
