Job Description
Job Title: Project Manager (Mechanical Construction) The Project Manager is accountable for the full lifecycle delivery of large-scale mechanical construction projects—from preconstruction through closeout. This role drives safety, schedule, cost, and client satisfaction while leading cross-functional teams and building long-term client relationships.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of mechanical construction methods and systems (HVAC, piping, plumbing)
- Proficiency in project management tools (Procore, Primavera P6, MS Project, etc.)
- Ability to interpret construction documents across multiple disciplines
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience managing union labor environments
