Job Description
The Sales Representative Manager is responsible for leading, developing, and executing the national sales strategy for commercial glass and glazing services and new commercial construction projects across the United States. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in the commercial glass and glazing industry and excels at building high-performing sales teams in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
Requirements
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in commercial glass and glazing sales
- 3–5 years of sales leadership or management experience
- Strong understanding of commercial glazing systems, service work, and construction bidding
- Proven ability to manage national or multi-regional sales teams
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
