Achieving sales and customer satisfaction within the designated territory in Singapore, managing and growing the business in the given territory, and promoting maximum usage of Bio-Rad products on all systems in customer sites.

Requirements

• Achieve sales, marketing and financial objectives in assigned territory
• Develop business plan and sales strategy for assigned territory to achieve company sales goals and profitability
• Drive growth in revenue and increase market share through workflow selling and consumables conversion
• Maintain excellent market knowledge of all major prospects and local competitor activities
• Liaise with Marketing in the formulation of sales strategies
• Manage relationships with key opinion leaders across product portfolio
• Take ownership of personal development
• Implement an Individual Development Plan
• Prepare, implement and monitor business plans
• Demonstrate experience in “Consultative Sales Process”
