Job Description
This role will be pivotal in enabling seamless integration of Bio-Rad’s global planning processes across manufacturing, demand, and supply, while supporting continuous improvements in digital planning capabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in supply chain, Information Systems, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years in Supply Chain
- 10+ Years in enterprise systems such as SAP S/4HANA, Kinaxis, SAP IBP, O9 or similar
- Knowledge of AI concepts and tools (e.g., Python, SageMaker, Vertex AI)
- Expertise in configuring and supporting Kinaxis RapidResponse modules (Supply Planning, Demand Planning, S&OP, Inventory Optimization)
- Strong knowledge of data modeling, planning heuristics, and scenario-based planning
- Ability to analyze KPIs and define performance metrics to measure planning effectiveness
- Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, Excel, Power BI/Tableau, and Visio for documentation and reporting
