This is an internal and external customer support function within the distribution function. The incumbent serves as a point of contact for internal and external communications within distribution.
Requirements
- 3 years experiences in Customer Service or Supply Chain Environment.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft office tools-Intermediate Excel and Word.
- Professional and effective verbal and written business communication skills.
- Ability to resolve issues in effective/practical ways.
- Experience in managing imports
- Experience in working with 3PL and carriers
- Close adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Team player/ flexible/ attentive to detail and quality minded.
- A self starting critical thinker
- Possesses positive attitude with ability to lead team to achieve department goals and objectives.
- Accurate and detail oriented.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, with excellent time management skills
- Working Knowledge of SAP (desirable)
- Knowledge of occupational health & safety regulations is desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Desirable)
- Comfortable working in a warehousing environments
- Postive, Can-do attitude
