Specialist -Accounts Receivable

The Specialist - Accounts Receivable is responsible for accurately applying incoming payments to customer accounts, ensuring timely and precise reconciliation of financial transactions. This role supports the Accounts Receivable function by maintaining clean, up-to-date customer ledgers and collaborating closely with internal teams to resolve discrepancies.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Associate or bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• Experience in accounts receivable or cash application is strongly preferred
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry
• Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
