
Job description
The Manufacturing Engineer supports the development, improvement, and troubleshooting of manufacturing processes, including both mechanical and chemical operations. Working under the guidance of senior engineers, this role contributes to automation projects, helps maintain process documentation, and assists in daily production support to ensure quality, safety, and efficiency.
Assist in developing and updating manufacturing processes, work instructions, and SOPs. Help perform basic time studies, process mapping, and data collection. Support efforts to identify inefficiencies and implement continuous improvements.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and hands-on technical skills. Exposure to automation (robotics, PLCs, sensors) through coursework, internships, or projects. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
