This position is responsible for owning the end-to-end commissions process and serves as the primary partner connecting Sales, Finance, and Accounting. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and driven to learn, with strong communication skills to collaborate across teams and drive continuous improvement.
Own the end-to-end monthly commissions process, partner with Sales and Finance leadership, manage ongoing quota and plan oversight, serve as a trusted finance partner to sales reps, and collaborate with Sales, Finance, and HR on process improvements.
