Scientist/Sr. Scientist-Preclinical Antibody Drug Development

Biocytogen is seeking a Scientist/Sr. Scientist to join their antibody discovery team, optimizing therapeutic antibody binders and working on diverse therapeutic areas.

Requirements

• PhD in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Immunology, or a related field with 2+ years of experience
• MS with 5+ years of experience in antibody engineering and project management
• Strong expertise in target biology research, including understanding MOA, druggability, and formulation requirements
• Proven experience in antibody engineering and optimization, including affinity maturation and stability improvement
• Demonstrated ability to independently drive projects, assemble resources, and meet critical milestones
