Requirements
- STRATEGIC PLANNING & PORTFOLIO LEADERSHIP: Lead global product strategy for assigned opportunities and/or molecular syndromic panels
- PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT & LIFECYCLE MANAGEMENT: Serve as business lead for early product development from concept to preâlaunch
- MARKET INSIGHTS & VOICE OF CUSTOMER: Gather and synthesize customer feedback, market trends, and clinical insights
- CROSSâFUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION: Partner with R&D, Medical Affairs, Clinical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Downstream Marketing, and regional teams for strategic alignment
- GOâTOâMARKET READINESS: Lead early phases of the goâtoâmarket strategy
- PERFORMANCE MONITORING & OPTIMIZATION: Monitor onâmarket product performance and identify improvement opportunities
- COMMERCIAL SUPPORT & ENABLEMENT: Provide product expertise for strategic customers and regional teams
